Yoga is not about self-improvement, it's about self-acceptance.

1:1 Lessons

Whether you want to develop more flexibility, balance, strength, better posture, work on specific yoga poses or learn more about yoga philosophy and yoga as a way of life, private lessons are catered to your individual needs. I also give training on meditation and mindfulness, and guidance on how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.

Maybe you’re a beginner and you’d like to learn the basics before joining a group class, or maybe you’re more advanced and would like to develop your practice with individual guidance. All levels are welcome!

A little more about the different styles I've trained in and can teach (in group classes or on a 1:1 basis)...

Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, flowing yoga class designed to increase flexibility, strengthen the body, develop the core, and improve balance and posture while bringing calmness and clarity to the mind.

Yin
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time - from two minutes to five minutes or more. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin encourages people to slow down, cultivating an awareness of inner silence.

Mandala Vinyasa
Based on the 4 basic elements - Fire, Water, Earth and Air – Mandala Vinyasa connects each element with a specific area of the body, integrating the spiral patterns that nature uses and exploring circular movements with our bodies, moving 360º around the mat.

Rocket
Rocket Yoga, also known as 'The Rocket', is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. Rocket Yoga is rooted in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa. It is composed of poses from the Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga, as well as key postures from the 3rd and 4th series. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced style, with lots of opportunities to go upside down.

Ashtanga Vinyasa
An athletic and physically demanding form of yoga that involves a series of set postures practised in sequence, as taught by Pattabhi Jois.

Flexibility
A class that focusses on deep stretching to open up the hips and hamstrings in preparation for splits, and the spine for deeper backbends.

And for other movement training…
Dance
I’m also a qualified dance teacher and can provide 1:1 coaching in any of these movement styles: ballet, jazz, contemporary, street and heels dance. My speciality is feminine dance, and guiding women to feel more sexy and powerful through connecting sensually with their bodies.
