- Delve deeper into who you are, and what your authentic self truly wants from your life (rather than what other people tell you you should do)
- Explore what fears and limiting beliefs are holding you back
- Explore what stories you’ve been creating about your life up until now, so we can start to rewrite that story the way you want it
- Develop action plans along the way to help you build a life you love
- Give you all the tools to keep developing yourself and your life, even after the coaching has finished, so that this way of life is sustainable and long-lasting

Coaching sessions are usually via video call (and I'm currently offering some face to face sessions in Ubud, Bali).
A 12-week program of fortnightly sessions is suggested in order to gain the most benefits from coaching. These can then continue for as long as you need.
Occasionally, one-off single sessions can also be offered.

I first contacted Sabi when I felt I really needed an external push to do all the things I’ve always wanted to do yet somehow kept finding a reason not to do them. She made me think about what it was that I actually wanted to do rather than what I felt I should be doing.
