1) MOVE: Morning self-love flow 

A morning movement practice blending yoga, intuitive movement and Sabi’s Sensual Flow® practice, to awaken your body and connect to your self-love.

You’ll need a yoga mat and clothes you feel comfortable moving in.

 
 
 
 

2) MEDITATE: Self-love meditation

A self-love meditation to ground, find stillness, and remember the power within. Providing you with an intentional space to centre yourself before each day begins.  

You’ll need a quiet space to sit for 6 minutes.
